ABSTRACT

Although the most common clinical findings of Coronavirus disease-19 (COVID-19) are fever, cough and difficulty in breathing, there are also findings related to other systems and organ involvement. There are increasing reports of dermatological symptoms. The timing of skin symptoms varies in COVID-19 cases. Maculopapular rash, which is one of the common dermatological symptoms, may be associated with COVID-19 or may be seen in different clinical conditions such as drug reactions. This situation when evaluated together with the variations in the timing of findings, causes difficulties in differential diagnosis. In this report, two cases who were followed up with the diagnosis of COVID-19 and applied with symptoms of widespread maculopapular rash following the clinical recovery period are presented. © 2022, Pamukkale University.
